  • Drive inventory performance through deep data analysis across fill rate, CPM, win rate and bid density, translating insights into optimization strategies that improve overall revenue yield and efficiency.
  • Own and optimize demand waterfall configuration, strategically prioritizing direct, PMP, and programmatic demand sources to maximize competition, reduce latency, and increase monetization performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Product teams, as well as external demand partners to implement technical optimizations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and inventory performance, building insights to identify revenue opportunities, supply constraints, and underperforming segments for targeted optimization.
  • Serve as the primary Ad Operations technical point of contact, managing supply partner relationships.
  • Apply strategic forecasting and yield optimization principles to align inventory allocation with business goals, continuously testing and refining demand pathways to drive incremental revenue growth.
About You:
  • Robust experience in video advertising within a premium publisher, SSP, DSP, or ad serving platform; CTV experience required.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with digital ad servers and the ad tech ecosystem, including supply side platforms and monetization strategies.
  • Proven experience managing supply partners and driving optimization initiatives that improve revenue performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting/analytics platforms, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process oriented mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience.
