Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end campaign and media performance measurement across paid, owned, and earned channels — delivering clear ROI visibility to marketing leadership across all brands.
• Own end-to-end marketing channel tracking and attribution, ensuring accurate measurement of performance from media spend through to revenue, including implementation, validation, and ongoing optimization of tracking infrastructure across all platforms.
• Lead media mix modeling (MMM) efforts to optimize marketing spend allocation across channels and brands, partnering with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models, lifetime value frameworks, and cohort analyses that inform lifecycle marketing, CRM, paid media, and eCommerce strategy.

• Own and manage Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — including implementation, configuration, data integrity, and ongoing optimization to ensure accurate performance measurement and attribution.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement additional MarTech tools that advance our analytics and personalization capabilities, in partnership with the VP of AI & Data Engineering.

• Establish a strong working relationship with the VP of AI & Data Engineering, leveraging shared data infrastructure while advocating for the analytical needs of the marketing organization.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive alignment and action across marketing, brand, and executive audiences.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor analytical talent, building a team culture of curiosity, rigor, and impact.
