Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and transformational Reporting & Analytics Leader to join our Sales, Credit, and Servicing Center of Excellence. This leader will be responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and delivery of reporting, business intelligence, analytics, and AI-powered insights that enable better decision-making, improved operational performance, and enhanced customer outcomes across Salesforce, nCino, and related platforms.

This role leads a high-performing analytics organization while serving as a trusted partner to business leaders, product teams, technology partners, and executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership, product management expertise, technical acumen, and executive presence to drive enterprise-scale analytics capabilities and innovation.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience with modern data and analytics ecosystems, including Tableau Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and nCino, along with the ability to translate complex data and technology concepts into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven insights supporting Sales, Credit, and Servicing operations.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve productivity, accelerate decision-making, and enhance customer and employee experiences.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align analytics investments with strategic business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of reporting and analytics professionals.
  • Build organizational capabilities in analytics, data visualization, AI-enabled insights, and business intelligence best practices.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth while creating a high-engagement team culture.

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

  • Serve as the Product Owner for reporting and analytics capabilities, driving prioritization and maximizing business value.
  • Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and strategic objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, ensuring clear priorities, expectations, and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Technology teams to develop release strategies, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate progress and value delivery.

Analytics, Data & Platform Excellence

  • Drive adoption, optimization, and governance of key analytics and data platforms, including Tableau Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and nCino.
  • Leverage expertise in SQL, data modeling, data architecture, and business intelligence to deliver scalable, trusted, and actionable analytics solutions.
  • Establish enterprise reporting standards, KPI frameworks, data quality controls, and self-service analytics capabilities that empower business users.
  • Utilize customer insights, business feedback, and data-driven analysis to continuously evolve reporting and analytics capabilities.

Executive Influence & Stakeholder Management

  • Present analytics strategies, roadmaps, insights, and business outcomes to executive leadership, governance forums, and large stakeholder groups.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by translating complex analytical findings and technology opportunities into actionable business recommendations.
  • Build strong partnerships across business, product, operations, and technology teams to drive alignment and adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data, or insights teams.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing analytics strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Experience working within financial services, banking, lending, servicing, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Tableau Cloud, Tableau Desktop, Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL.
  • Experience building and supporting analytics solutions across Salesforce, CRM Analytics (CRMA), Agentforce, Data Cloud, and nCino environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms, data architecture, data governance, data modeling, and business intelligence best practices.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation capabilities to improve reporting, insights generation, and user experiences.
  • Strong product management and Agile delivery experience, including roadmap development, backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable analytics products and capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution, managing competing priorities while delivering measurable business value.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical and analytical concepts for business and executive audiences.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Comfortable leading discussions and presenting to large audiences in governance forums, leadership meetings, town halls, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00
