Additionally, the role includes setting individual and team goals, designing an effective organizational structure to achieve those objectives, evaluating employee and group performance, providing constructive feedback, and making informed compensation decisions. This responsibility ensures that personnel performance aligns with institutional priorities while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 - 
Develop and execute data analytics strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and business insights within the organization.
Job Duty 2 - 
Lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, and BI developers in designing, implementing, and managing data analytics solutions, data models, and analytical tools.
Job Duty 3 - 
Define data analytics standards, data governance policies, and reporting requirements to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for business users across the organization.

Oversee the selection, integration, and management of data analytics tools, data visualization platforms, and predictive modeling technologies to support reporting, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience leading or significantly contributing to research-focused major initiatives that include reporting, benchmarking, and external reporting requirements, including peer comparisons and public or federal research datasets.


Proven experience partnering with data stewards, system owners, IT, and governance bodies to align data definitions, integrations, quality standards, and governance across complex administrative systems.
Hands on experience with advanced quantitative and qualitative analytics and business intelligence tools to develop dashboards, analytical models, and decision support tools for operational leaders in complex institutional environments. 

This role is focusing on the business side of Data Analytics and not the Scientific side
