About Chai Vision

Chai Vision is a fast-growing eCommerce company managing a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands across high-impact categories-from fitness and wellness to home goods, pet care, children's products, outdoor products, kitchen essentials, and supplements. We scale rapidly on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop through a data-driven, community-first approach and a relentless focus on product-market fit.

The organization is driven by a data-informed approach to growth, disciplined operational execution, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and customer experiences at scale. Chai Vision continues to invest in expanding its omnichannel sales strategy and retail presence worldwide, offering team members the opportunity to contribute within a fast-paced, performance-oriented organization focused on sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Lifepro is a leading at-home fitness and recovery brand helping people feel stronger, move better, and recover with confidence. As America's #1 vibration plate brand, we combine wellness innovation, ecommerce, creator-led storytelling, and retail growth to build products and content that make a real impact in people's daily lives.

About the Role

The Director, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing is the cross-channel strategic and operational lead for our influencer, creator affiliate, ambassador, and traditional affiliate ecosystem across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. This role consolidates capability that previously sat across three separate teams-DTC influencer work, Amazon affiliate management, and TikTok creator commerce-into one unified function under Brand Marketing.

This is a function-head role with genuine cross-channel scope and revenue accountability. You will own partnership strategy, creator economics, cross-channel ambassador development, FTC compliance, content velocity into paid (GMV Max + Meta Spark), and program-level performance reporting-while operating a two-stage funnel that identifies and nurtures power-law winners across surfaces. You'll lead a multi-channel team and partner closely with eCommerce, Sales, Paid Media, and Creative to deliver against creator-driven revenue commitments across the brand portfolio.

What You'll Do

Cross-Channel Program Leadership

    • Own the integrated influencer, creator affiliate, ambassador, and affiliate strategy across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
    • Deliver against creator-driven revenue commitments across the channel portfolio, with monthly forecasting, pacing, and joint budget submission.
    • Build and maintain a two-stage operating funnel-broad discovery and proactive recruiting at Stage 1, concentrated depth partnerships with graduated winners at Stage 2-across all three channels.
    • Lead cross-channel platform consolidation, rationalizing the affiliate stack toward a focused set of strategic partners.

Team Leadership

    • Lead and develop a multi-channel team spanning DTC, Amazon affiliate, and TikTok creator disciplines with shared creator economics and operating standards.
    • Set the operating cadence-weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance reporting, and quarterly program audits.
    • Coach team members as they develop dual capability in creator recruiting and depth-partnership community nurturing.

Creator Economics & Compliance

    • Own tiered commission structures, gifting budgets, contract standards, usage rights, and FTC compliance across all active creator and affiliate partnerships.
    • Standardize creator scoring, graduation criteria from broad recruiting to depth nurture, and ambassador-tier qualifications across channels.
    • Manage platform spend and consolidation across the affiliate stack and existing managed-service partners.

Content-to-Paid Integration

    • Drive creator-led content systematically into the paid program-Spark Ads on Meta, GMV Max on TikTok, Amazon Sponsored Brand creative-with measurable performance lift versus brand-produced creative.
    • Partner with the Paid Media team on cross-channel paid efficiency and creative pool curation.
    • Coordinate with the Creative team on usage rights, asset routing, and brand voice consistency across creator output.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

    • Monitor cross-channel creator and affiliate KPIs-revenue contribution, activation rates, content velocity, GMV per creator, LTV of creator-acquired customers, FTC compliance, and partner retention.
    • Deliver monthly performance reporting integrated into the leadership cadence, with quarterly strategic recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities to consolidate platforms, optimize commission economics, and concentrate investment in power-law winners.

Who You Are

    • You have 5+ years of experience running influencer and affiliate programs across multiple commerce surfaces-ideally including TikTok Shop, Amazon affiliate / Creator Connections, and DTC affiliate/publisher relationships.
    • You bring a deep community management background and understand that durable creator-driven revenue comes from depth-of-relationship with proven winners, not just breadth of activations.
    • You are TikTok savvy-fluent in platform mechanics (open collaboration, GMV Max creative pool, live commerce, account health) and the algorithm signals that drive content distribution and commercial outcomes.
    • You are both a strategic partnerships thinker and an organized operator-able to architect the program (commission tiers, contract standards, FTC compliance, creator scoring) and run day-to-day partner management with proactive communication.
    • You are comfortable owning revenue commitments, with the analytical rigor to forecast, pace, and recalibrate against creator-driven GMV and affiliate revenue targets.
    • You have managed and developed multi-channel teams, ideally across different geographies and disciplines.
    • You understand how creator and affiliate ecosystems interact with paid media (GMV Max, Spark Ads, Meta whitelisting), retention marketing, social, and digital commerce.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator commerce marketing, with demonstrated cross-channel scope.
    • Proven track record delivering against creator-driven revenue or affiliate revenue targets.
    • Experience managing tiered commission structures, creator contracts, and FTC compliance at scale.
    • Prior people-management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
