You'll be responsible for growing programs that generate awareness, credibility, traffic, and revenue.

Affiliate Marketing
  • Lead the relationship with KURU's affiliate agency and publisher network.
  • Recruit, develop, and support new affiliate partners.

  • Collaborate with partners on promotions, content, and campaign strategy.
  • Monitor results and continuously improve performance.
  • Manage commission structures and incentive programs.

  • Build and scale influencer programs across lifestyle, wellness, healthcare, travel, running, walking, and fashion categories.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or related growth marketing roles.
  • You've built programs that generated measurable business results-not just likes and impressions.
  • You understand how to evaluate performance using data and analytics.
  • You can negotiate agreements and build lasting business relationships.
  • You know your way around affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, ShareASale, or similar tools.
  • You've worked with influencer platforms like Grin, Aspire, Creator.co, or comparable solutions.

  • Experience in DTC e-commerce.
  • Experience in footwear, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience managing ambassador programs.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and performance marketing.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals, clinicians, trainers, or other credentialed audiences.

At KURU, you'll join a team passionate about helping people move better and live better.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Own and shape a growing marketing channel.
  • Work with talented creators and strategic partners.
  • See the direct impact of your work on company growth.
