Position Overview

The Influencer & Partnerships Manager supports RugsUSA's key pillars in influencer marketing and product partnerships. This position plays a key role in influencer marketing by identifying, managing, and growing relationships with content creators and affiliates. They will also help coordinate shoots and other marketing activities for RugsUSA and our product partners. This role plays a key part in expanding brand awareness and driving traffic and conversion through creator content, while ensuring partnerships are executed efficiently and measured effectively. The Manager works cross-functionally with Social Media, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and reports on partnership performance to inform ongoing strategy.

Essential Job Functions
  • Identify, vet, and recruit influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with RugsUSA's target audience and brand aesthetic
  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationship-building with influencer, affiliate partners and product partners, including outreach, negotiation, and contracting
  • Coordinate gifting, seeding, and paid partnership campaigns from initial brief through content delivery and posting
  • Coordinate marketing needs of our product partnerships (including scheduling shoots with our creative team, coordinating social posts, working through creative approvals with partners)
  • Track and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) using influencer/affiliate platforms and internal dashboards
  • Manage influencer/affiliate budgets, invoices, and payments, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation
  • Partner with Social Media, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to align influencer content with broader brand and campaign calendars
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor influencer activity, and emerging platforms or creators to inform strategy
  • Maintain organized records of partner agreements, deliverables, usage rights, and campaign briefs
  • Support ad hoc partnership opportunities, event activations, and affiliate program growth initiatives
You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, or PR, ideally in retail or e-commerce
  • Working knowledge of influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g. LTK, ShopMy, Aspire) and social media analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain external relationships
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking budgets, performance, and reporting
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in home goods, furniture, or design/lifestyle industries
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, LTK / Shopmy or other Affiliate Influencer Programs, or livestream shopping formats
  • Experience managing product partnerships and coordinating marketing needs across two parties

The pay range for this role is:
