Rugiet Health

Austin, TX โ€ข On-site, Remote

Job description

About Rugiet
Rugiet is an Austin-based direct-to-consumer telemedicine company reinventing men's health. We combine clinical rigor, luxury service, and a modern digital experience to deliver personalized, compounded treatments at scale.
We're not here to blend in. We're building the future of healthcare and we move fast.
Role Summary
We're looking for an Influencer Partnerships Manager to own the full lifecycle of our influencer and creator relationships, from first outreach to signed contract to ongoing management. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand and the creators who help tell our story, sourcing the right partners, negotiating deals that work for both sides, and keeping every partnership organized and on track.
This is a highly operational role. You live in your pipeline, you don't let contracts stall, and you know how to build a relationship with a creator that goes beyond a single transaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Prospecting: Identify and source influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels) who align with Rugiet's brand, audience, and growth goals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead outreach and negotiation with influencers and their representatives, securing terms (rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, timelines) that are fair, competitive, and aligned with budget.
  • Contract Management: Own contract execution and lifecycle management, ensuring deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms are tracked and fulfilled on both sides. Flag and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end partnerships pipeline in ClickUp, keeping every prospect, negotiation, active partnership, and deliverable status accurate and up to date. Use the pipeline to report on partnership velocity and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Creative, Social, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure influencer content aligns with broader brand and campaign strategy.
  • Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all influencer agreements and content comply with FTC disclosure guidelines and healthcare marketing regulations (FDA/HIPAA considerations, as applicable).

What You Bring
  • 2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management, or a related field
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing influencer or creator deals
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort discussing rates and contract terms directly with creators and their agents/managers
  • Highly organized, with experience managing a high-volume pipeline (ClickUp experience a strong plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly
  • Bonus: experience in D2C, healthcare, telemedicine, or a regulated industry

Culture Fit
  • Relationship-Driven: You know that the best partnerships aren't transactional. You build real rapport with creators and their teams.
  • Operationally Sharp: Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. Your pipeline is always clean and your contracts are always accounted for.
  • Urgency is the Default: We move fast, and you keep pace, closing deals and resolving contract details without unnecessary delay.
  • Radical Accountability: You own your partnerships end to end, from first DM to final deliverable.

To Apply
If you're a natural relationship-builder who also loves the operational side of partnerships, e.g. clean pipelines, tight contracts, and deals that close, we want to hear from you. Please submit your resume along with a brief note on a partnership or influencer deal you're proud of closing.
