The Disney Experiences Technology teamis responsible forthe end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including theMyDisneyExperienceapp andHey, Disney!

Within Disney Signature Experiences, the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) team is responsible for delivering end-to-end digital and physical experiences for both Guests and Cast Members. This includes leading technology and digital initiatives across the fleet, supporting core platforms, the Disney Cruise Line website, and the Disney Cruise Line Navigator mobile app, while serving multiple lines of business both shoreside and onboard.

This role provides strategic and portfolio-level leadership for DCL data products, ensuring data capabilities translate into measurable commercial and financial outcomes acrosstheCommercedomain.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Vision

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for DCL Commercial data products aligned to enterprise and business priorities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize capitalizable data products that deliver measurable commercial and financial value.
  • Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Commerce data domains, accountable for long-term value realization.

Product & Delivery Oversight

  • Provide executive oversight across the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation through delivery, adoption, and sustainment.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and analytics leaders to ensure scalable, modern, and reusable data solutions.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Own senior stakeholder relationships across DCL Commercial,DXT Enterprise Architecture, and DXT Data Products & Platforms (Helix).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop product and data leaders; partner with HR on talent strategy and capability growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience driving strategy and delivery of data or digital products at enterprise scale.
  • Demonstrated expertise defining capitalizable data products
  • Strong executive communication, influence, and stakeholder leadership skills.
  • Experience operating in large, matrixed enterprise environments.
  • Experience with agile and iterative delivery models.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience leading Commerce, Finance, or revenue-related data domains.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or entertainment industries.
  • Experience operating in regulated or highly governed data environments.
