Your Schedule

  • 68 hour shifts
  • Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Flexible mix of day and evening shifts
What Youll Do

  • Partner with the Spa Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a highperforming team
  • Lead front desk training with coaching, roleplaying, and sales support
  • Build schedules that keep the Retreat running smoothly
  • Set and achieve team and individual goals
  • Create a culture where exceptional guest service is the norm
  • Strengthen guest loyalty by consistently delivering the Massage Heights experience
What You Bring

  • 1+ year of sales or retail management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict
  • Comfortable with computers and standard software
  • Basic business math skills
  • A selfstarter mindset with a passion for people
Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Zenoti or similar spa POS systems
  • Familiarity with massage, skincare, or spa environments
  • Experience working within a franchise model
