Job description

BMG360 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the Vice President of Human Resources and execute day-to-day People Operations across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers while supporting key HR programs including recruiting, onboarding, HR compliance, benefits administration, performance management support, and HR systems administration.

The HR Generalist will play a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the continued growth of BMG360. This position will also own relationships with external recruiting partners and offshore staffing agencies to support workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.

Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Support employee lifecycle changes within the Company’s HRIS.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS and related systems.
  • Assist in the administration and communication of company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR records and systems to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated positions.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes.
  • Own relationships with external recruiting firms, staffing agencies, and offshore talent partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore hiring vendors, ensuring service levels, recruiting effectiveness, and alignment with organizational hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to the VP of HR and hiring managers.
Benefits, Leave & Compliance
  • Support benefits administration, employee enrollments, and Open Enrollment activities.
  • Coordinate leave of absence administration and employee communications.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Manage I-9 administration, employment verifications, and other employment-related documentation.
Performance Management & Employee Experience
  • Support performance review cycles, talent planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to support culture-building initiatives and employee communications.
HR Systems, Reporting & Projects
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to headcount, turnover, recruiting, and employee demographics.
  • Support HR system enhancements, process improvements, and implementation projects.
  • Assist the VP of HR with strategic People initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, benefits administration, and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred
  • Experience with Paycor or similar HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
