We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Clinical Director, Hospice Operations to lead our hospice clinical operations with purpose, integrity, and heart. This position covers North Brunswick, Tom's River and Neptune office branches.
This key leadership role oversees the day-to-day clinical performance of our hospice teams, providing direct support and performance coaching to Clinical Managers. The Director ensures every patient receives dignified, coordinated, and high-quality care in accordance with federal and state regulations, while cultivating a culture of excellence, empathy, and collaboration.

What You Will Do
โ€ข Oversee day-to-day operations across hospice branches, including budget and clinical performance
โ€ข Provide direct leadership and coaching to Clinical Managers and support teams
โ€ข Ensure care is delivered with dignity, compassion, and full regulatory compliance
โ€ข Implement best practices to optimize service quality, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
โ€ข Promote interdisciplinary collaboration across nursing, physicians, social work, chaplaincy, aides, therapy, and bereavement support
โ€ข Lead initiatives that strengthen staff development, retention, and growth
โ€ข Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, CHAP, and payer regulations
โ€ข Monitor metrics to ensure high standards of care and identify areas for enhancement
What You Will Need
โ€ข Active NJ RN license; Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, MSN preferred
โ€ข 10+ years of nursing experience, with 5+ years in clinical operations or hospice leadership
โ€ข Expertise in hospice philosophy, compliance, and interdisciplinary care
โ€ข Demonstrated success in staff development, performance coaching, and quality improvement
โ€ข Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Experience with budget management, accreditation, and financial analysis
