  • Communicate marketing strategies, campaign performance, market insights, and recommendations to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate marketing’s impact on revenue, brand equity, guest engagement, and long-term growth.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder communications by keeping hotel leadership informed of marketing performance, emerging risks, competitive threats, strategic opportunities, and key business trends to support informed decision-making.

  • Partner with Revenue Management and Sales teams to develop demand-generating strategies aligned with rate and occupancy goals, while overseeing marketing efforts for restaurants, bars, lounges, and other non-room revenue-generating business units.
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies to maximize long-term market share; establish agencies and suppliers of record; negotiate contracts and service agreements; and oversee the development and production of all promotional and collateral materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, elevate brand equity, and develop strategic marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Experience within the hospitality, travel, luxury, or lifestyle sectors is strongly preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams, with a proven ability to cultivate talent, drive engagement, and create a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business objectives, strengthen market positioning, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue, occupancy, and brand growth.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders ranging from property teams to executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic business partner, building alignment across functions and influencing decision-making through collaboration, credibility, and insight.
