This is a highly visible role that blends strategy with hands‐on execution. They need someone who understands how CRM systems function within a broader business environment and can actively improve workflows, integrations, and how data moves across the organization. The current environment includes an established but evolving CRM infrastructure, giving this person the opportunity to assess what is working today, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape future platform direction and long‐term system initiatives, including future migration efforts. They are seeking someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being involved in technical execution while also playing a meaningful role in broader systems strategy. The ideal candidate will bring experience improving CRM functionality, supporting integrations, and creating more efficient processes that strengthen overall business operations. Responsibilities Serve as both a strategic and hands‐on leader guiding CRM and business systems Lead CRM initiatives including implementations, platform transitions, and integrations Provide leadership and oversight for the data management team (1 direct; 3 indirect reports) Ensure alignment across day‐to‐day operations and strategic initiatives Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of business systems Identify opportunities that improve functionality and user experience Establish and maintain standards around data governance and quality controls Manage and support integrations across multiple systems and applications Leverage APIs, middleware tools, and data processes to improve workflow efficiency Serve as a technical resource around systems, adoption, and process improvements Partner cross‐functionally to identify technology enhancement opportunities Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners Evaluate current and emerging technologies to support future systems strategy Qualifications 5+ years of experience owning, managing, and optimizing CRM platforms Background supporting data management initiatives within fundraising environments Experience supporting multi‐system integrations and leveraging technical tools to improve data flow and connectivity Experience establishing data governance initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
