Job description

We are a small private owner company; due to our growth we have an immediate opening for a qualify Shipping/Receiving Coordinator Position. This is a long-term secure position. Hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. If you are looking for a stable job with growth potential, then we want to hear from you. The chosen candidate must have 2 to 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify, and record incoming material.
  • Verify receiving product.
  • Notify costumer on any receiving issues.
  • Arrange appropriate transportation of products.
  • Assist customers with shipping inquiries.
  • Implement production data.
  • Assist with production scheduling.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  •  

Qualifications:

  • MUST Have 2 to 3 years' experience in shipping, logistics.
  • MUST have Strong computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to drive a Forklift.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
