Lead BCBA / Senior Clinical Behavior Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinical leadership opportunity within a growing ABA organization. This role is ideal for someone who is not only clinically strong but also passionate about mentoring clinicians, improving systems, and maintaining high-quality client care.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on leadership role focused on clinical excellence, staff development, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time coaching and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs/BTs
Support and elevate clinical quality across the organization
Step into sessions to model interventions and problem-solve in real time
Ensure treatment plans are implemented with integrity and fidelity
Build and improve clinical systems, workflows, and documentation practices
Support onboarding and training of new staff
Maintain compliance with payer and regulatory standards
Help scale clinical operations while preserving quality of care
Qualifications:
Required:
Master's Degree required
BCBA Certification required
Licensed in Wisconsin or willing to obtain licensure
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven treatment
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder
Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
Experience mentoring BCBAs
Background in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM)
