Alliance Laundry is hiring Youth Apprentice's in partnership with CESA and the Department of Workforce Development.


A Youth Apprentice is responsible for completing 450 hours of work in a year timeframe and meeting each of the skills standards as outlined by the State of Wisconsin


Engineering Youth Apprentice:

Seeking Youth Apprentice to join the Engineering team at Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, WI . This role focuses on learning introductory concepts in Engineering with the focus on product engineering, including design for manufacturing and design for automation to optimize the efficiency of manufacturability of our machines in our Ripon manufacturing facility. This role will also focus on the development and life testing of products to measure performance, assist with development of new designs and test reliability as well as write formal lab reports to include test procedures, equipment, raw data, summarized results, conclusion, and recommendations. You will utilize Microsoft Office, data acquisition equipment (National Instrument), voltage meters, t-couples, environmental chambers, etc.

Youth Apprentice will be able to get experience with these technologies using a Crawl-Walk-Run approach with job shadowing, hands-on experience, and team participation on industrial automation projects. Candidates with the following skills should apply: Good Communication, Team oriented, responsible/takes direction, and interested in engineering. Hands-on building and modifying computers, beginner programming and/or beginner electronics experience is a plus.
