Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to support customers, installers, sales teams, and internal departments by processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring projects stay on track.

This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience in construction, manufacturing, building products, or a related technical industry.

  • Process service and replacement part orders based on customer requests
  • Enter and manage order and sales information accurately across multiple systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely issue resolution
  • Receive and document customer concerns while initiating corrective action when needed
  • Work directly with Engineering to identify and resolve product or field-related issues
  • Support building installers by answering questions regarding parts, drawings, and job site needs
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers and customers to resolve service-related concerns
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain and communicate information to customers
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service, customer support, order entry, or project coordination experience
  • Experience working in construction, manufacturing, building products, industrial, or related environments
  • Experience reading blueprints, construction drawings, or technical documentation
  • Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Ability to identify and research parts using drawings and design documents
  • Experience supporting field crews, installers, contractors, or construction projects

This is a Contract position based out of Sun Prairie, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
