The Customer Support Specialist is a customer-focused professional responsible for providing exceptional service and support to WalzCraft's customers. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, providing accurate product information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and precise fulfillment of customer needs. Key Responsibilities :
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely, accurate, and professional service.
  • Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, and product information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, applying the Measure Twice for Accuracy principle.
  • Provide guidance to customers on WalzCraft's product offerings, technical options, customer resources, and order requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
