Your Role at Delta Faucet:
Delta is hiring a Sr. Manager, Sales Ecommerce to lead digital growth for our Trade Channel, focused on strategic Trade partners. This is a key leadership role at the intersection of ecommerce, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships, driving growth across online Trade partners, and marketplaces while reinforcing our premium brand position.
Responsibilities:
Revenue & Growth
  • Lead ecommerce performance across key Trade partners
  • Build joint business plans, forecast demand, and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Expand assortment, visibility, and premium positioning

Strategic Partnerships
  • Own senior-level relationships and day-to-day execution
  • Negotiate promotions, retail media, and assortment expansion
  • Align on seasonal strategies and key events

P&L & Performance
  • Own revenue, profitability, and marketing investment
  • Manage budgets and optimize for ROI, ROAS, and contribution margin
  • Analyze POS data to deliver business reviews and performance insights

Digital Marketing & Retail Media
  • Lead full-funnel strategy across paid search, social, email, and online partners
  • Drive retail media performance across partner platforms

SEO & Digital Shelf
  • Own SEO strategy and organic growth
  • Optimize product listings, content, and search visibility across partners

Conversion & Experience
  • Improve conversion rate (CR) and AOV through testing and UX optimization
  • Tailor experiences for:
  • Trade professionals
  • Luxury consumers & designers

Analytics & Operations
  • Track KPIs, analyze POS data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, product, and marketing

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in ecommerce, digital commerce, or account leadership
  • Experience managing key accounts (Ferguson, Perigold, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.)
  • Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen
  • Expertise in digital marketing, retail media, and SEO
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Tech Stack: Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, NetSuite, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Advanced Excel
  • Preferred but not required: MBA; Experience in home improvement, plumbing, or luxury categories; Experience with large, complex ecommerce accounts
