Digital Solutions Director

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Digital Solutions Director will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of the digital experience and strategies across markets. Leverages expertise in healthcare and digital to support the organization's business partners in the identification and deployment of innovative solutions to derive value from business opportunities. Responsible for working with business partners to evaluate digital concepts, opportunities and vendors to assess their value and how they best fit into the existing ecosystem of solutions.

How you will make an impact:


Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategy.
Responsible for researching and evaluating new digital market concepts / solutions and determining if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services.
Develop strategic roadmaps, competitive benchmark assessments, and identify or evaluate potential solutions that could support the market offer.
Works with business partners and foster multidisciplinary collaboration to both create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions that engage target populations and address market needs.
Partners with leaders and associates in the broader enterprise digital solutions organization to align priorities and strategies.
Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback.

Minimum Requirements:


Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience in solution strategy, digital product management and development of digital software products; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:


Executive-level presence with strong presentation and communication skills is strongly preferred
Advanced PowerPoint development skills are preferred.
Familiarity with AI assistant tools such as ChatGPT, Spark, Copilot, and Google Gemini are strongly preferred.
Consulting experience or strong consulting skills are preferred.
Experience in healthcare industry in a direct to consumer (DTC) capacity preferred.
MBA or equivalent preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location, the salary* range for this specific position is $ 147,200 to $220,800
