POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Digital Marketing and eCommerce is responsible for leading global direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth and digital marketing strategy across all assigned brands. This role oversees ecommerce performance, digital marketing programs, agency partnerships, and internal digital teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and profitable revenue growth through data-driven and omnichannel strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead global D2C ecommerce strategy, forecasting, and growth across owned sites, marketplaces, and digital channels.

  • Drive online revenue through merchandising, pricing, promotions, customer experience, and conversion optimization.

  • Oversee ecommerce platform enhancements, site functionality, and digital journey improvements with internal and external partners.

  • Monitor performance metrics to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Align inventory, launches, and fulfillment priorities with ecommerce demand in partnership with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales.

  • Lead integrated digital marketing across paid media, email, social, SEO/SEM, affiliate, and performance channels.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, creative execution, and customer experience across digital touchpoints.

  • Identify digital trends, technologies, and growth opportunities that support long-term business goals.

  • Manage digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and performance.

  • Manage agency partnerships to ensure alignment and execution quality.

  • Set performance benchmarks, reporting standards, and optimization processes across digital programs and partners.

  • Lead and develop internal web design and social media teams.

  • Partner cross-functionally to support integrated campaigns and product launches.

  • Provide performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related leadership roles.

  • Proven success driving direct-to-consumer ecommerce growth and digital marketing performance.

  • Experience across paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and ecommerce platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience leading teams, agency partners, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

WHAT WILL HELP
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Experience supporting consumer brands and omnichannel marketing environments.

  • Extensive knowledge of modern marketing platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Amazon, OTT/CTV, Youtube, Meta).

  • Strong track record in advancing SEO and Site Performance.

  • Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Klaviyo, SEMRush, HubSpot, Attentive, or similar CRM/email/SMS marketing platforms.

  • Experience managing enterprise ecommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar.
