Job description

Huntington University has an opening for Digital Media Arts Assistant.

The Digital Media Arts Assistant will support the daily office administrative functions of the DMA department. This position requires a high degree of flexibility, good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. In addition, the position requires an organized individual with the ability to take initiative and manage time effectively. This is a part-time position.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a strong desire to work closely and serve the DMA faculty, staff and students.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, teamwork and administrative skills required.
  • Possess a high level of personal initiative, ability to manage multiple projects, and a willingness to delegate/oversee responsibility to student workers and other personnel as required.
  • Experience with budgets, expense reports, office facilitation and artistic background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
