SUMMARY
Supporting Digital Transformation leadership, this role is responsible for driving digital product delivery, roadmap execution, governance maturity, customer experience innovation, and technology-enabled transformation. The Project Manager brings strong project management fundamentals to support senior leaders across complex, cross-functional workstreams while championing standardized PM CoE practices, managing risks, and building stakeholder alignment.
PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Digital Product Delivery: Coordinate and drive delivery across digital product and technology-enabled workstreams, including AEPC Model Detection, Digital Self Help, and Assist & Relay Hub Voice Bot & Chat Bot Initiatives. Connect business intent, product priorities, delivery milestones, risks, and stakeholder actions into executable plans.
  • Roadmap & Governance Design: Build, maintain, and communicate clear roadmaps and governance processes. Partner with platform, data enablement, and technology PMs to replicate effective roadmap practices for TLAC digital transformation. Maintain scorecard reporting to give leadership visibility into progress and risks.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Build productive partnerships and maintain alignment across business product owners, technology product owners, scrum masters, technology teams, operations, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Drive RAID practices (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and escalate issues through structured governance processes.
  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Support teams in adopting new digital capabilities, processes, tools, and ways of working. Champion PM CoE standards, share lessons learned, and contribute to the ongoing maturity of the PM CoE.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
  • Universal Requirement: Experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team across multiple concurrent workstreams while managing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Role-Specific Requirement: Experience leading digital product delivery and technology-enabled business initiatives that improve customer, patient, or service experiences.
  • Governance & Delivery Experience: Experience managing project roadmaps, governance processes, RAID practices, strategic priorities, and cross-functional technology workstreams.
  • Collaboration Experience: Experience partnering with business product owners, technology product owners, scrum masters, digital product teams, vendors, and senior leaders.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, across project teams and executive leadership. Capability to translate complex technical/digital details into executive-ready communications and structured presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required:
    • 8+ years of project management, program management, or transformation leadership experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting digital product delivery, digital transformation, technology implementations, or customer experience modernization efforts.
    • Experience developing and managing project roadmaps, governance forums, RAID processes, status reporting, and executive-ready communications.
    • Strong stakeholder management experience across business, technology, product, operations, and vendor organizations.
    • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office products, project planning tools, and executive communication materials.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience supporting digital product, platform, CRM, AI or automation, chatbot, voicebot, or customer experience initiatives.
    • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid product delivery environments.
    • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, telehealth, or digital health industry experience.
    • Experience operating within regulated environments and navigating compliance-related requirements.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.

Onsite professional corporate/office environment.
