Job Overview

The Tucker Tennis Academy (TTA) located in Tulsa, OK at Genesis Health Club Riverside offers classes for all ages. TTA seeks a Director of High Performance to lead the High‑Performance Full‑Time Program, support the after‑school Academy Program, and oversee Elite Class. The role includes 28 programming hours with potential to teach 12+ private lessons and will co‑report to the Director of Tennis and Director of Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the on‑court coaching for the Full‑Time Program, preparing lesson plans in advance.
  • Support and manage partnerships with Tennis Analytics, 3D Motion Analysis, Physical Therapy, and Mental Training sessions.
  • Assist other lead coaches in implementing high‑performance practices into their classes.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for classes.
  • Coach private and group self‑generated lessons.
  • Define and plan player focus areas and travel schedules as the primary coach.
  • Travel to U.S. tournaments (minimum one weekend per month) to coach players.
  • Assist in preparation, organization, and delivery of various programs.
  • Act as the contact point for the Full‑Time Program for players and parents.
Qualifications
  • Minimum tennis playing experience at the college or professional level.
  • Ability to run specific drills/groups independently.
  • USPTA, USPTR, or other relevant coaching certifications.
  • Valid US work permit.
  • Background‑screened (Net Generation).
