Job Description

We design and build for up-and-coming fast-casual restaurant chains and offices in Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties as well as the Inland Empire.  We are looking for talented performance driving Superintendents to direct construction projects from conception to completion for our projects located in Orange and Los Angeles County. 
This is a full-time position with room for growth as the company expands. We are looking for someone with knowledge of general construction and an interest in onsite management and experience. 
* Ensure timely on-site delivery of materials and equipment
* Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
* Assist in obtaining tools and materials as needed
* Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
* Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
* Meet contractual conditions of performance
* Review the work progress on a daily basis
* Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
* Responsible for onsite cleanup
* Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
* Daily Reporting and Scheduling

Qualifications

* Be willing and able to travel to job sites in Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County and Inland Empire. 
* General knowledge and understanding of construction operations
* General ability to read construction documents
* Awareness of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
* Familiarity with construction management
* Competent in conflict and crisis management
* Excellent time and project management skills
* All applicants must have the right to work and remain in the United States
