AGI General Contracting is a family-owned commercial general contractor with more than 45 years of experience delivering successful projects across healthcare, grocery, retail, and other commercial sectors. We are a relationship-driven builder known for strong client partnerships, quality work, and a culture rooted in integrity, safety, and accountability.

Projects typically range from $1M to $25M and include remodel, tenant improvement, ground up, and site development construction.

We are looking for an experienced General Superintendent to support field execution across multiple active commercial construction projects. This is a senior field leadership role for someone who leads with confidence, solves problems in real time, supports project teams, and helps create a consistent, professional experience for both clients and field staff.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Support and guide Superintendents and field teams across multiple active projects
  • Help drive safe, organized, high-quality jobsite execution
  • Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, coordination, safety, and field performance
  • Support manpower planning, logistics, sequencing, and field problem-solving
  • Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with project goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners
  • Represent AGI professionally in the field and help ensure a strong client experience
  • Mentor developing field leaders and reinforce best practices across jobsites

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, including MEP coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, and contract documents
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Procore, CMiC, or similar construction management software
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and HoloBuilder preferred
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel between jobsites
