These jobs can include positions such as laborers, carpenters, electricians, or supervisors, and may involve tasks like building, repairing, or renovating structures. Weekend construction work is commonly sought after by students, part-time workers, or professionals looking to supplement their income. These jobs may also offer flexibility or premium pay rates due to the non-traditional schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Site Direction: Successfully lead day-to-day operations across 5–7 active residential and commercial projects concurrently.
  • Subcontractor & Crew Management: Direct, schedule, and hold accountable all subcontractors and field crews to meet strict quality and timeline standards.
  • Blueprints & Build Codes: Interpret architectural/engineering blueprints down to the finest detail; enforce strict compliance with California residential and commercial building codes.
  • Rigorous Job Site Documentation: Maintain airtight site logs, daily photo updates, material tracking, change orders, and inspector sign-offs so every project stays transparent and on schedule.
  • Safety & Quality Control: Conduct regular job-site audits to enforce OSHA compliance and ensure craftsmanship reflects our brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 Years of direct experience as a Construction Superintendent managing general contracting projects.
  • Minimum 5 Years of overall construction industry experience.
  • Dual Sector Expertise: Deep technical knowledge across both commercial and residential building practices and code requirements.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable reading blueprints, using modern field management apps/software on smartphones or tablets, and staying digitally connected.
  • Uncompromising Eye for Detail: An absolute passion for clean job sites, clear documentation, and proactive communication.
