IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR ASSEMBLER - $19/HOUR

Job Description

  • This Assembler role focuses on cleanroom assembly of delicate catheter devices used in neurological procedures to help prevent aneurysms.
  • You work primarily under a microscope with small hand tools to assemble very small components such as coiled wire and tubing.
  • The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and the ability to perform repetitive, precision work for extended periods in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleanroom assembly of catheter components that are used in the brain to prevent aneurysms, following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Work under a microscope for the majority of the shift to handle and assemble very small parts with accuracy and consistency.
  • Use small hand tools to coil wire, connect small tubing, and complete fine mechanical assembly tasks.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and precision in all assemblies, ensuring products meet strict medical device standards.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning procedures and handling of materials to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Adhere to strict attendance requirements, understanding that only one absence and one late arrival are allowed within the first 90 days.
  • Participate in and successfully complete a hands-on assessment test to demonstrate proficiency with hand tools and fine assembly work.
