About the Position

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and onboarding new business opportunities across the United States while providing leadership to the company’s growing sales organization.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role where the majority of time will be dedicated to developing new business, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within branded wholesale, foodservice, private label, and co-manufacturing markets. The successful candidate will lead by example, personally driving sales while helping shape the commercial strategy, sales processes, and future growth of the sales team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building rather than maintaining. The ideal candidate should be comfortable opening new doors, leading consultative sales discussions, negotiating complex commercial opportunities, and mentoring other sales professionals as the organization continues to grow.

Coffee industry experience is strongly preferred but not required. We are seeking an individual with a proven ability to sell consultative manufacturing solutions and the aptitude to quickly learn our products, capabilities, and markets.

Success in this role will be measured first by the ability to generate profitable new business and build lasting customer relationships. Additionally important will be the ability to strengthen the company’s sales organization by establishing effective sales processes, mentoring future team members, and contributing to a scalable commercial strategy that supports long-term growth.
