We're looking for a passionate Lead Barista who enjoys leading by example, mentoring teammates, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Position Summary

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day café operations while maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, customer service, and teamwork. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team and help ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks to Earth Coffee standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Lead shifts by assigning tasks and maintaining efficient workflow.
  • Support baristas to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues promptly.
  • Promote teamwork and foster a positive work culture.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience required.
  • Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
