The Role

We're hiring a Director of Customer Success & Plan Management to own how we care for clients after implementation, making sure every plan keeps working, costs stay controlled, and members are well served. You'll be both the leader of our client-success team and the technical brain behind our plans.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach the client-success / service team.
  • Own each client's health plan year-round reviews, renewals, and solving problems before they grow.
  • Keep plan costs in check and prove the results to clients at every renewal.
  • Serve as the plan-design expert who architects and refines plans and arms the sales team to win and keep clients.
  • Build simple, repeatable processes so every client gets the same excellent experience

Plan-Design Expertise (core to this role)

  • Command of every funding model:  fully-insured, level-funded / partially self-funded, and self-funded.
  • Fluency in the moving parts, such as TPAs, PBMs / pharmacy, provider networks / reference-based pricing (RBP), and stop-loss / reinsurance.
  • Ability to architect a makeover plan that creates sustainability.
