Job description

About the Role:
As a CBRE Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing operational activities for client services teams
in small to medium-sized markets or regions. This job is part of the Client Services Job Function. They are responsible for providing daily advice and support to clients that need assistance with business products and services.
This role is 100% remote and we will consider candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones. Anticipated hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00 local time.
What You'll Do:
  • The Client Success Manager is the primary point of contact for both clients and CBRE account teams that leverage OnDemand. This role acts as the bridge between clients and operations, ensuring that OnDemand delivers a consistent, scalable, and governable customer experience while supporting growth, profitability, and long-term client success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CBRE account teams (IFM leads, account directors) and client-facing stakeholders that leverage the OnDemand team, inclusive of Shared Technician
  • Own the client satisfaction, NPS, and retention metrics for every assigned account
  • Conduct formal quarterly business reviews with accounts, presenting performance data, trends, and strategic recommendations
  • Manage all formal client communication related to service levels, program updates, scope changes, and escalations
  • Present Shared Tech as a self-perform solution to account teams and client stakeholders who are currently using 3P vendors for in-scope work
  • Partner with business development on any RFP, renewal, or expansion conversation
  • Serve as the escalation point when a client or account team raises a service delivery concern.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Success Manager position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Success Manager position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
