At Noor, we are a premier medspa and wellness clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional results and personalized care through aesthetic, regenerative, and holistic treatments. Our team of medical providers and wellness professionals offers industry-leading services including injectables, laser therapies, hormone balancing, skincare, body sculpting, and IV therapy.

We are seeking a Sales & Client Success Manager to help lead client engagement, optimize patient satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role at the heart of our client experience.


Position Summary

The Sales & Client Success Manager serves as the central liaison between the clinic and our valued clients. This role combines front-end consultative selling with back-end relationship nurturing, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service, care continuity, and maximized treatment value.


Key Responsibilities🛍️Sales & Growth
  • Conduct consultations to recommend treatment plans based on client goals

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (e.g., service packages, memberships, retail)

  • Upsell and cross-sell treatments based on outcomes, seasonal offerings, and trends

  • Track and manage leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals

  • Analyze sales performance and provide input on pricing, promotions, and service bundling

🤝Client Success & Retention
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-up calls, emails, and in-person touch points

  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly and professionally

  • Track treatment outcomes and ensure consistent scheduling for optimal results

  • Guide clients through pre/post-treatment instructions and FAQs

  • Maintain CRM or EMR notes on client preferences, history, and feedback

📊Operations & Reporting
  • Collaborate with front desk and provider team to streamline scheduling and treatment flow

  • Provide concierge-style support by assisting practitioners during procedures to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on client retention, revenue, and performance KPIs

  • Provide input on inventory trends related to sales

  • Represent the clinic during community events, open houses, or virtual consultations


Qualifications
  • 2+ years in sales, client relations, or business development — preferably in medspa, aesthetics, luxury health/wellness, or concierge medicine

  • Knowledge of treatments such as Botox/ Dysport, laser services, RF microneedling, IV therapy, etc. (preferred, not required)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High EQ with a passion for health, beauty, and client care

  • Organized, tech-savvy (experience with EMR/CRM tools), and goal-driven

  • Professional presence with a customer-first attitude
