The Opportunity

The Director, Business Analytics and Planning is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across Monash University Malaysia. The role oversees student load planning, corporate strategic planning, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise-wide business analytics and planning. The Director provides critical insights, implements robust analytics frameworks, and manages systems that support institutional priorities, long-term sustainability, and operational excellence. The role works closely with senior executives, faculties, administrative units, and Monash University Australia stakeholders.

Reporting Line: The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and Registrar
