Key responsibilities in your new role

• Proven experience as an OBD Team Lead and Individual Contributor, thriving in a collaborative environment.


• Demonstrated success leading non-GAM sales with an inclusive approach that empowers diverse voices and drives equitable outcomes.


• Ability to develop and drive strategy with Account Managers for non-GAM accounts, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.


• Strong collaboration with OBD GAMs to coordinate coverage, share insights, and deliver a unified, customer-centered experience.


• Expertise in resource allocation and capacity planning to align teams with strategic growth areas and evolving business priorities.


• Comfortable owning defined account areas as an Individual Contributor, ensuring consistent, respectful, and results-focused client support.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Brings 10+ years of semiconductor sales experience with a strong record of revenue growth and customer advocacy.


• Demonstrated GAM (Global Account Management) expertise managing complex, cross-functional, and global accounts.


• Proven success with Automotive Tier 1 and OEM customers, including familiarity with automotive design cycles, quality, and compliance.


• Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or offers equivalent, demonstrated semiconductor industry experience.


• Exhibits inclusive leadership, with experience leading direct and/or indirect reports, mentoring, and fostering collaboration across teams.


• Excels in strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship-building to drive equitable, customer-centered outcomes
