As the Preschool director at The Learning Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping
the educational experience for our little learners. Your leadership will guide a team of
dedicated educators, ensuring the delivery of a developmentally appropriate curriculum and
the provision of a safe and supportive atmosphere for our preschoolers to thrive.
The Preschool director is responsible for overseeing the overall administration, operations,
and educational programs of a preschool or early childhood education center. This role
requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to create a positive and
enriching environment for both students and staff. The Preschool director plays a crucial role
in ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, implementing curriculum standards, and
fostering a supportive community for children, parents, and staff.


Leadership and Administration:

- Provide visionary leadership for the preschool, setting and implementing goals and
objectives in line with the mission and values of the organization.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day
operations.
- Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, staffing, and record-keeping.
Lead Nourishment:
- Daily track and record new potential families through the CORE Lead Portal.
- Continuous nourishing leads through the process of 1st engagement to enrollment.
Curriculum Development
- Oversee the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate
curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the physical,
emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children.

Staff Management

- Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development
opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Parent and Community Engagement
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents through regular meetings,
updates, and events.
- Collaborate with the community to build partnerships and enhance the preschool’s
resources and programs.
Licensing and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and licensing
requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to licensing and accreditation
standards.
Financial Management
- Manage the preschool budgets, allocating resources efficiently and effectively.
