Job Summary

Insulet is seeking a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager to join its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team for the Omnipod brand. This role involves supporting the planning, development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across both online and offline channels. The Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to align on media plans, budget management, and the testing and optimization of strategies and creative. Position Overview

This role is ideal for adetail-orientedmarketerwith a mix ofstrong analytical instinctsand a creative mindsetwho is eagertosupport our missionto help peoplesimplify their lives with diabetes.You have experience across digital media and arecurious aboutnew platforms.You'reexcited to move fast,take real ownership of projects,and try new things.Youareconfidentgetting "into the weeds" and canhold your own in conversations with agency andanalyticspartners, butcan also translate that dataand insightsintoclear languagefor leadership. You enjoy working independently but also collaborating closely with a team of passionate,welcomingcolleagues whotogether drive a powerful DTC machine.

You will be reporting directly to theSeniorManager,Consumer Marketing, Paid Media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support theplanning, execution, andoptimizationofmedia campaigns across a mix of channels-includingpaid social, paid search,CTV,and emerging platforms, as well aspaidlanding pagecontent.Activelymonitorcampaign performanceandreport onresultsand key learnings.
  • Work closely withourdigital media agency on paidmedia planning and execution, testing, optimization, and performancedata.Help communicate results and key learnings to cross functional stakeholders as required.
  • Assist with budgettracking and pacing toensure media investments are on track and aligned withgoals.
  • Work closely with creative teamsbothinternally and externally to createcampaign assets that will make an impact.
  • Participatein the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process forallcampaign assets,managingtimelinesandfeedback.
  • Staycurrent on media trends,newplatforms, and opportunitiesfor testing.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of5+years of related experience in digital paid media, withdemonstratedexperiencein both the analyticaland the creative sides of planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills andcomfort withinterpretingperformance data.
  • Proven skills in managing agency relationships, coordinating with external partners,and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Abilityto manage multiple paid media activations simultaneously, coordinate complex timelines, track deliverables, andensure ontime execution.
  • Proficiencybuilding campaigns within MetaBusinessManager andGoogleAds(experience inTikTok,Reddit, or SnapchatAds Managera plus but notrequired)
  • Comfortableoperating in regulated environments.
