Company

Credit Genie is a mobile-first financial wellness platform designed to help individuals take control of their financial future. We leverage artificial intelligence to provide personalized insights and are building a financial ecosystem by offering tools and services that provide instant access to cash, and building credit. Our goal is to empower every customer to achieve long-term financial stability.

Founded in 2019 by Ed Harycki, former Swift Capital Founder (acquired by PayPal in 2017). Backed by Khosla Ventures and led by industry pioneers from companies such as PayPal, Square, and Cash App, we are well positioned to build the future of inclusive finance through cutting-edge technology and customer-centric solutions.

OVERVIEW

Join our Analytics team to drive deeper understanding of customer behavior and product performance across our financial wellness platform. As Director of Analytics, you will lead the analytics strategy that informs product decisions, growth, and customer outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Engineering, and User Research to define success metrics, uncover insights, and embed data-driven decision making across the product lifecycle while leading a team of product analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Define and lead company-wide analytics strategy, including measurement frameworks, reporting standards, experimentation practices, and decision intelligence capabilities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts responsible for delivering insights that shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Define and monitor core product KPIs including activation, engagement, retention, funnel performance, and lifetime value.
  • Lead deep‑dive analyses of user behavior, feature adoption, and customer journeys to uncover growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Establish and scale experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and experimentation design, to evaluate product features and initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to shape product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on measurable customer and business impact.
  • Ensure rigorous measurement of new features and product initiatives to validate impact and guide iteration.
  • Build dashboards and self‑serve analytics that enable stakeholders to monitor product performance and make informed decisions.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen metric definitions, data models, semantic layer adoption, and governed reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 8–10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or quantitative analytics, ideally in fintech or consumer tech.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading analytics teams.
  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field.
  • Advanced SQL and strong Python or similar analytical programming skills.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with product metrics, experimentation, and growth analytics.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, and dbt.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
