Director, Recruitment Marketing

The role

As a Director of Recruitment Marketing, you will be a key member of the Enterprise Talent Marketing Team. This role helps drive the success of the employer brand strategy with new and upcoming graduates through development of an integrated, comprehensive marketing strategy. You will be the business partner lead for University Talent team providing end-to-end marketing support for early ID, on-campus, interns and early career candidate engagement. You will manage a team that delivers a cohesive candidate experience for our entry-level roles and programs.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of marketing experience, including experience with university programs, recruitment, or college admissions as well as managing people (preferred)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel B2C marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion against defined KPIs
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging business, competitive, and industry insights to inform integrated campaigns and optimize performance
  • Demonstrated ability to establish clear metrics, define testing and learning agendas, and translate results into actionable recommendations
  • Skilled in managing complex, multi-faceted campaigns and projects end-to-end-delivering high-quality work on time, on budget, and across multiple workstreams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent marketing strategies, influence stakeholders, and guide internal and external partners, including agencies
  • Direct and collaborate with third-party agencies on creative and content for marketing campaigns

The Team

The Talent Marketing team drives Fidelity's employer brand and how we communicate to prospective Fidelity employees via multiple channels including our events, programs, careers website, recruitment advertising and recruiting social media channels @FidelityJobs. You will be a critical player in ensuring efficient and engaging candidate experience.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
