We are seeking a visionary Director of Executive Talent Acquisition to lead our global team of executive recruiters. This role is critical in shaping the future of NetApp by attracting and hiring exceptional VP+ talent who embody our values and principles. The Director will oversee all aspects of executive talent acquisition, including hands-on recruitment for corporate-level roles.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
  • Lead a global team of executive recruiters responsible for VP+ hiring and above.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top-tier executive talent that aligns with NetApp's culture and goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to anticipate talent needs and build a robust pipeline of executive candidates.

Executive Recruiting:
  • Conduct hands-on recruitment for corporate-level executive roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify, engage, and secure top talent for critical leadership positions.

Collaboration & Influence:
  • Collaborate with internal Executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with NetApp's recruitment brand, "Own Every Moment."
  • Build strong relationships with external executive search firms and industry networks to expand sourcing capabilities.

Operational Excellence:
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for the executive talent acquisition function.
  • Ensure compliance with global recruitment policies and practices.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including strategic and people leadership in executive talent acquisition.
  • 5+ years of management responsibility, leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Previous experience working at an executive search firm is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit for VP+ and above roles, with a focus on corporate-level positions.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fostering a culture of belonging and high achievement.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 196,350 - 292,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
