Job description

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
  • Assist the individual in completing daily living activities for a total care client

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Job Types - In-Home Services - Full time (40+ weekly) Part Time (20 hours weekly)
Full time: Monday-Wednesday & Friday 7:30AM-4PM and Thursdays 7:30am-8pm 
Part time: Tuesday & Thursday- 5:15pm-8pm & Sundays 12:30-7:30pm
