Direct Care Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the delivery of care and support services in settings such as group homes, assisted living facilities, or community-based programs. They supervise direct care staff, coordinate care plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a high standard of service for clients or residents.
