At our dental practice, Our Family Caring for Yours isn't just a saying; it’s the standard that guides every patient interaction, every clinical decision, and every team member selection, including this one.

As one of the Gulf Coast's premier destinations for minimally invasive dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive dental care, we're seeking a Director of Operations to lead an exceptional team and deliver an outstanding patient experience.  This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing, technology-driven practice where operational excellence directly impacts patients whose lives we transform with every procedure.

Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:

A Day in Your Life as Director of Operations:

As Director of Operations, you'll lead daily operations while ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first phone call through completion of treatment.

On any given day, you'll:

  • Lead the team through daily huddles, identifying priorities and setting the team up for success

  • Keep patient scheduling practices running smoothly while partnering with providers and front desk associates to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional patient experience that maximizes provider productivity without making the patient feel like a number

  • Support patients through their treatment journey by ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and seamless coordination of care

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, including production, scheduling efficiency, treatment acceptance, patient satisfaction, accounts payable, and production goals, to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Turn operational insights into action by proactively identifying solutions, assigning ownership, and tracking measurable improvement

  • Collaborate with doctors, clinical staff, and administrative teams to solve problems, streamline workflows, and remove barriers that impact patients or the team.

  • Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and practice policies are consistently followed while maintaining an organized, professional environment

  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team, troubleshoot unexpected challenges, and keep the practice operating at its highest level

At the end of the day, your success isn't measured simply by schedules or metrics; it's reflected in a motivated team, satisfied patients, and a practice that consistently delivers exceptional care while driving sustainable growth and concurrently managing resources responsibly.
