At EPIC Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery with relentless focus, innovation, and compassion. As we expand into Texas, we’re looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to play a critical leadership role in launching, scaling, and optimizing our footprint in the region.

This is a unique growth opportunity. During the initial market-entry phase, the Director of Operations will serve as a hands-on operational leader, performing Business Administrator and/or District Manager responsibilities as needed to establish strong clinic operations. As the state expands, the position will evolve into a traditional Director of Operations role with broader strategic oversight..

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion

  • Lead the development and execution of operational strategy for EPIC Health’s Texas market.
  • Partner with executive leadership to build and scale clinic operations across Houston and surrounding areas.
  • Support new site launches, including staffing models, workflows, and operational readiness.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across one or multiple clinic locations.
  • Ensure efficient work flows, optimal staffing, and high-quality patient care delivery.
  • Implement and standardize processes as the organization grows in Texas.

Michigan Compliance & Regulatory Management

  • Ensure compliance with Michigan healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and payer requirements in the Texas market.
