Job description

At Aristocrat, our mission is to bring happiness to life through the power of play! In the role of Director of Operations, you will be critical in advancing and growing our global iGaming operations. You will promote operational maturity and embed a culture of excellence within the organization.
This role provides an outstanding opportunity to impact the company's mission, culture, and success by ensuring seamless delivery management and effective partnership across multiple teams and departments.
You will lead the development and implementation of a scalable, efficient, and data-driven operating model. This will help our teams deliver high-quality content and platform capabilities with speed, predictability, and compliance. If you are passionate about leading ambitious projects, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving accountability in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do
  • Lead the transformation and evolution of iGaming operations to a globally scalable, standardized operating model.
  • Define and implement operating frameworks that support growth, complexity, and multi-market delivery.
  • Identify structural gaps and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, accountability, and transparency.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, operational rigor, and delivery within the field.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global operations organization, capable of supporting rapid business growth.
  • Establish clear ownership models, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Drive alignment across regions and functions to ensure consistency in execution and outcomes.
  • Develop future leaders and strengthen organizational capability in operations and delivery.
  • Own and elevate end-to-end delivery excellence across iGaming products and platforms.
  • Implement scalable delivery frameworks, governance, and tooling to improve predictability, quality, and speed to market.
  • Define and track benchmarks (e.g., release predictability, cycle time, defect rates, SLA adherence).
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and systemic bottlenecks.

What We're Looking For
  • 12+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or program leadership, with significant time in iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale operational transformation in complex, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable operating models and high-performing teams.
  • Strong experience with Agile at scale / delivery frameworks and operational governance models.
  • Track record of influencing executive collaborators and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Leader dedicated to making improvements with a strong inclination toward action and results.
  • Strong systems thinker-able to build for scale, not just solve for today.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused, with strong business insight.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through change.
