Director of Operations

Capacity of Philadelphia, LLC

Position Summary

The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of Capacity of Philadelphia, LLC. This position provides strategic and operational oversight for all business functions, including sales, rentals, service, and parts, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide leadership and oversight for all company operations.

· Direct and support sales, rental, service, and parts departments to achieve business objectives.

· Develop and execute operational strategies that improve profitability, efficiency, and specifically customer satisfaction.

· Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.

· Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

· Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.

Qualifications

· Experience with yard trucks/terminal tractors is a plus but not required.

· Strong background in business operations, sales management, and customer service.

· Proven ability to lead multiple departments and drive organizational performance.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in commercial truck, transportation, fleet, equipment, or dealership operations preferred.

Compensation
