Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Nocturnist with Woodland Clinic Medical Group (Woodland Clinic), you'll join a physician-owned, physician-led group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. Located in a well-established clinic that serves a diverse community (agricultural workers, graduate students, retired university professors), this is a unique opportunity to provide compassionate care and develop individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice, collaborating closely with a robust network of healthcare professionals. Woodland Clinic offers a supportive, multi-specialty environment, perfect for a board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who desires a fulfilling practice.

You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care with specialists and behavioral health teams for your patients. You will enjoy the benefit of a single, dedicated clinic location, one hospital, and twelve shifts per month, which fosters an excellent work-life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network.

Eligible candidates will possess a strong clinical background in Primary Care with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning.The incoming Nocturnist would be experienced at understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated physician who is eager to contribute to patient well-being. The Hospitalist would have a competitive salary guarantee, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan options, and access to system-wide resources through our affiliation with Dignity Health. Leadership and professional development options are also available.

We will offer the following incentives to eligible new hires:

  • Shareholder opportunity; 18 month salary guarantee: $364,181

  • 12 shifts per month (6PM-7AM)

Required:
