What Youll Do
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work 1:1 with children and adolescents (ages 221) to support skill development and emotional wellness. Under the supervision of licensed clinicians, you will:
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Support emotional and behavioral regulation
- Collect and record data with accuracy
- Model strategies for families and caregivers
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
Support center operations as needed (including bathroom assistance for young children)

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- Ability to obtain required clearances
Preferred (Not Required):
- Associates degree OR 60+ college credits toward a Human Servicesrelated Bachelors degree
- Bachelors degree in Human Services (experience not required)
- Experience working with children
- ABA experience (we will train!)
