StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a leading national information management and enterprise data solutions provider to identify a strategic Digital Transformation Consultant. Operating across 15 major U.S. metropolitan hubs and international facilities, our client empowers diverse sectorsโ€”including Healthcare, Higher Education, Finance, Legal, Government, and Human Resourcesโ€”with advanced workflow automation, document management, compliance governance, and data analytics.

In this pivotal role, you will elevate the proposal architecture and capture strategy into a distinct competitive advantage. Serving as a key bridge between technical capabilities and enterprise sales, you will lead the end-to-end response framework, refine go-to-market decisions, and drive revenue acquisition across complex organizational landscapes. StaffRight Associates is managing this priority search to secure an accomplished leader capable of blending strategic vision with high-impact execution.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Architect the overarching Request For Proposal Strategy, capture process, and sales enablement initiatives to maximize win rates on target enterprise opportunities.

  • Champion pre-sales demonstrations, client discovery initiatives, and strategic solution positioning during critical response windows.

  • Guide senior executive stakeholders from custom development mindsets toward scalable, productized enterprise solutions and operational best practices.

  • Synthesize cross-functional insights by partnering closely with internal Sales, Product, and Implementation leadership.

  • Drive high-level solution alignment and project scoping efforts prior to technical system implementation phases.

What You Bring
  • Enterprise Software Consulting Experience: 3 to 5 years executing complex solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or enterprise discovery.

  • Proposal Capture Management: Proven track record directing complete Request For Proposal Lifecycles and navigating multi-layered enterprise procurement environments.

  • Sales Nuance & Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes client engagements, balance competing organizational priorities, and apply strong program management principles.

  • Stakeholder Advisory Capabilities: Mastered expertise in influencing executive leadership and steering clients toward industry-standard methodologies.

  • Executive Presentation & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for C-Level Advisory and client-facing engagements.

  • Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or advanced business training preferred.

Compensation & Total Rewards
  • Base Salary: $165,000 โ€“ $170,000 per year.

  • Incentive Compensation: Performance-based Annual Bonus structure.

  • Employment Structure: Full-Time, Direct-Hire position with a hybrid/partially remote work framework based in the Phoenix, Arizona region.
