About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will work in tandem with the Director of Public Relations on generating awareness of the Hotel including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, Recreation and Seasonal Activations in support of the aforementioned. This includes a strong focus on local awareness; and assisting in the development of all marketing and advertising initiatives as well as the development and execution of the annual public relations and marketing plan. The Digital Marketing Manager Manager will also assist with content development and growth of our social media platforms, monitoring traveler review web sites; maintaining the hotel website and video content; updating digital marketing campaign assets, and creation of electronic marketing tools. In such instances, the Digital Marketing Manager serves as the online spokesperson and is a representative of the hotel translating the "voice" and image of the hotel in social posts and responses to online communications. Please note this is an on-site position.
What you will do

  • Any additional projects as assigned by the PR Director

What you bring
  • College education and three to five years' experience in a digital marketing and/or marketing capacity with Four Seasons or another comparable organization.
  • Strong writing and oral presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Advanced media relations experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateral utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic knowledge of journalism practices and broadcast production methods
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with photography and video capture and editing
  • Work authorization in the United States
