Full Job Description

Our client is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day ecommerce marketplace operations, with a focus on Amazon and Walmart platforms. This role works closely with Account Managers and senior team members to ensure campaigns, listings, reporting, and internal deliverables are executed accurately and on time.

This is a support‑focused position ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in ecommerce platforms, a working knowledge of PPC/retail media, and comfort using AI‑powered tools to enhance workflows. The role also serves as a professional presence in the front office, contributing to a collaborative and organized team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Walmart Seller Center operations
  • Support Sponsored Products campaign setup, maintenance, and performance tracking
  • Help manage promotions, pricing updates, and product listing changes
  • Maintain product catalogs, listings, and marketplace content updates
  • Pull and update recurring reports for sales, inventory, and advertising performance
  • Monitor account health and assist with basic issue resolutionigrationFounded
  • Support PowerPoint presentations for client and internal meetings
  • Assist with website updates and content management in WIX
  • Utilize AI tools for ad copy, reporting summaries, and creative support
  • Help organize and quality check creative assets across platforms
  • Provide front office support and assist with general coordination
Qualifications
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising and Sponsored Products preferred
  • Understanding of ecommerce marketplace operations such as Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart
  • Exposure to PPC or Retail Media advertising concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with WIX or similar CMS platforms preferred
  • Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and AI‑supported platforms
