Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and challenges.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions via video conferencing, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and secure client records through the Simple Practice platform while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.
